warranty maintenance perfect service. I arrived 10 minutes early (even before scheduled opening) and they took me right in. I was out of my warranty maintenance but was un perfect service. They did the maintenance free of charge and even washed my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased. The service team here is number 1!!! More

Newark Dealership Sales associates were terrible, not helpful or responsive. Finally on my third salesman Ken Steen was able to actually get me what I wanted and help. Management was willing to help again and again but I don't feel like you should have to go to a manager just to get someone to return a phone call. A simple thing should not be so hard to come by. Service was friendly but very hard to forget initial impressions at dealership. Hated how everyone always made you feel as if you did something wrong when all you went in there for was a normal service/warranty issue. More
Routine Oil Change I called on a Friday to see if there were any openings for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they only had drop-off appointments and t I called on a Friday to see if there were any openings for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they only had drop-off appointments and the first "waiter" appointment was on Tuesday. Since the dashboard light was staring me in the face I opted for the drop-off appointment and brought a book with me since I had no ride. Much to my surprise, they came for me 90 minutes later. Overall very pleased. My only "beefs" are the last time I was in for routine service I was told that I would no longer be covered under the free maintenance plan and it would cost approximately $70.00. The charge was more than double that. Also, every time I go in for service I request that the headlights be left in the "auto" position. Not one time has my request been honored. Something small, yes, but a request is a request. Additionally, the service tech asked if I wanted the car run through the car wash. I told him I did and when I went to get in the car, clearly it had not. To Toyota World's, credit the service tech did run it through when I brought it to his attention (and didn't charge me for it -- not sure if they do anyway). More

In for routine service, excellent customer service I took my Highlander in for routine service. I was greeted immediately, and was made to feel comfortable in the waiting area. The customer waiting room is nicely appointed with free wi-fi and beverages, 2 TVs, and spacious and comfortable seating. They even have free back massages on Thursday afternoons! It was a great experience- I was treated well, and will continue to take my car to Newark Toyota for servicing. More

I was please with the customer rapport he developed for the short time I was there, He assured me it wasn't going to take too long and it didn't, not half as long as I was first told by the representative who called me to schedule, didn't need to get shuttled home like I was told.
