The service is free, so I'm not going anywhere else. But the point is they do go above and beyond, starting with the way that I was greeted when I arrived, the quick and friendly follow-up by the service manager, the short wait time and comfortable customer seating area. TV, magazines, free Wi-Fi, coffee and snacks. I was enjoying the amenities so much, I was almost disappointed when Chris came to get me to let me know my vehicle was ready! More
forgotten I made an appointment for Sunday 24 July 16 at 11:00 . Ms Gerhardt said it would be an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires. no problem.. an hour and half later my husband goes to find her and asks her why so long. she goes to find out and came back apologizes and tells him that there was a lot of other customers that came in. after 2 hours of sitting there and other people coming and going after we came in. we were finally finished. She did correct the mistake by giving me the service free. but she should have came out to me earlier and told me that they just forgot me and not give me the lie that there was emergencies. I get that on sunday you don't have alot of employees. but don't lie to someone and make me not want to come back there. I appreciated the free oil change but not the 2 hour wait. I was just forgotten on the rack. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on. I did have something else to do on Sunday but the two hour wait interfered with that. my time is just an important as everyone else. respectfully More

Everything was fine until the drive home My daughter picked up her car after I was assured by Bill that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. She didn't even make it home and a tire light My daughter picked up her car after I was assured by Bill that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. She didn't even make it home and a tire light came on! I had discussed earlier the tires with Bill because he informed me they weren't "Toyota" tires. I informed him they were purchased and installed by a certified Toyota dealer in Maryland. After checking his computer he apologized and said he would talk to his mechanic. My daughter called Newark Toyota to inform them of the light and they told her to return with the car Saturday after work. When she arrived she spoke with Jeff as did I via the phone. He was rude and unwilling to hear me out. He explained he wasn't fixing anything unless it was on the paperwork prior. He said we needed to pay around $180 for a tire sensor but it could be more than one sensor? I told him to forget it! I'm so disappointed in how this was handled. I was told my daughters car was fixed and road worthy and it didn't get 20 miles! That is very poor service! Catherine Caplan More
