warranty maintenance perfect service. I arrived 10 minutes early (even before scheduled opening) and they took me right in. I was out of my warranty maintenance but was un perfect service. I arrived 10 minutes early (even before scheduled opening) and they took me right in. I was out of my warranty maintenance but was unaware of this. They did the maintenance free of charge and even washed my vehicle. I couldn't have been more pleased. The service team here is number 1!!! More

Newark Dealership Sales associates were terrible, not helpful or responsive. Finally on my third salesman Ken Steen was able to actually get me what I wanted and help. Sales associates were terrible, not helpful or responsive. Finally on my third salesman Ken Steen was able to actually get me what I wanted and help. Management was willing to help again and again but I don't feel like you should have to go to a manager just to get someone to return a phone call. A simple thing should not be so hard to come by. Service was friendly but very hard to forget initial impressions at dealership. Hated how everyone always made you feel as if you did something wrong when all you went in there for was a normal service/warranty issue. More
