The detail was wonderful and my car was beautiful, however, I had a heart pendant hanging on my rearview mirror. It was given to me by my late husband. The pendant could not be found by anyone. I'm sure it wasn't expensive but it was valuable to me. I have not heard from anyone as to whether they found it or not. I don't think anyone stole it but it was lost. It should have been placed in a safe place and returned to me. It probably got sucked up by the vacuum. More

Above and beyond I brought my truck in for what I thought was a bad starter. I had an aftermarket starter installed after the first one went to save some cash, so I t I brought my truck in for what I thought was a bad starter. I had an aftermarket starter installed after the first one went to save some cash, so I thought "Well, here we go". Turns out, the mechanic found a loose wire that was causing the problem. At a less reputable garage, I probably would have been told I needed a new started. Newark Toyota took the high road, and did not try to charge me for a repair that I didn't need. That is class. I will be back for my next scheduled service. Two thumbs up! More

Car came out of detail service dirty I took my two cars in for detail service. The first the Cadillac came back fine.
