Issue with side mirrow detection system. Bill, Customer Service Representative, took immediate steps to have my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Bill knew the issue and had it corrected immediately. All the representatives were very welcoming, it was my first time there, and I was impressed with how well and how fast I was back on the road. Ken Steen my salesperson, was a total pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable of the car, most accommodating in addressing my needs. I could tell from his past sales awards on his desk that he was customer satisfaction oriented and he surely met all of my expectations.
