Car Wash Issue After Service Brought my car in for tire rotation (5000 mile service) at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, 7/16/16. Had no problem with the actual service completed. My issu Brought my car in for tire rotation (5000 mile service) at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, 7/16/16. Had no problem with the actual service completed. My issue is with the employee who was to vacuum the interior and take the car through the car wash following service. As I stood by the car, G. Drennan told me the car would be washed as part of service, then asked the employee to wash it. He said he couldn't so Geoffrey told him to wash it after service was completed. My car was ready within an hour and when I came out to the car, it had not been washed. Geoffrey again asked the employee to wash the car and again he said he couldn't. Geoffrey turned to me and asked if I could take it through the car wash. I looked at the employee and said,"You don't have time?" They looked at each other and the Geoffrey took my car through the car wash. I don't know what the problem was, nor do I know the job responsibilities of this employee. All I know is when I brought in my other Toyota during the past two years, the car was returned vacuumed and washed. During this visit, it never was vacuumed. Don't offer "complimentary car wash with service" if customers have to jump through hoops to get it done, Next time I return for service I will refuse the "complimentary car wash" because I still need to take the car to a regular car wash and pay to have it cleaned properly. More

And this time the service advisor that I encountered (Coleen) went extra and beyond in showing friendliness and professionalism in customer service -- she answered my questions on my prior maintenance history with great deal of patience. My car was already washed when I picked up my car which is a big plus. More
