Change of terms on the contract I am very disappointed at my most recent service at Newark Toyota World and feel that I was misled. As you will see from my account I have pre-pai I am very disappointed at my most recent service at Newark Toyota World and feel that I was misled. As you will see from my account I have pre-paid for your extended service coverage. Here's the background of my concern.... During the multiple number of 5,000 service schedule that I have had since purchasing the 2014 Toyota Tacoma, the service group has always changed the oil at each visit. I distinctly remember this being done, because at the first couple of visits for 5,00 mile service there was a big discussion among your team over whether my 4 cylinder Toyota Tacoma's synthetic oil was to be replaced every 5,000 miles or 10,000 miles. After much discussion and looking up the factory specifications, YOUR people determined that the synthetic oil was to be replace every 5,000 miles. I vividly remember this discussion, because I was ALSO surprised that synthetic oil was to be replaced every 5,000 miles (I always thought synthetic oil was good for many more miles than 5,000). However during my most recent scheduled service appointment on July 8, the oil was NOT changed and I was told that it is only supposed to be changed ever 10,000 miles. I didn't contest that decision at the time, because I was running late for a previously scheduled appointment. Had I know in advance that the synthetic oil was NOT going to be replaced every 5,000 miles, I would have NEVER paid in advance for the extended service. From a very disappointed customer, More
