dirty hands Every time I get service, the techs. have gotten grease on my seat or outside of my car/truck. The black grease is hard to get off upholstery. Excellent service. Colleen asked whether I had had lunch. I said I had, then asked whether she would have given me lunch had I said no. I was offered a ride home when the estimated time was longer than anticipated, and I was picked up promptly to return to retrieve my car. Everyone went above and beyond expectations.
