It was a good. I was greeted by a gentleman that was in training. I later learned that his name was Chris after I asked him what was his name. The Staff is always helpful and courteous and I have built a wonderful rapport with one of the Service Managers Derrick McKie. I have been dealing with Derrick sine 2007 and he has always taken extremely good care of myself as well as my wife when she goes to the dealership for service as well. I usually have conversations with other staff who bring the cars back from service who are always happy to assist. I would not take my car to any other dealer but Newark Toyota World. More
