Excellent Buying Experience I previously purchased a Scion several years ago from Newark Toyota World, and it was time to trade it in. Like before, Newark Toyota World makes I previously purchased a Scion several years ago from Newark Toyota World, and it was time to trade it in. Like before, Newark Toyota World makes it seriously the easiest, most efficient buying experience ever. I went online at lunchtime, found the car I liked, and was quickly contacted by Karin who set me up with a time later that day to come in and have my trade-in appraised. My product specialist Edgar Estrada was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He and sales manager Jeff Ickes made the buying process quick and painless. I was able to knock everything out in one visit and leave the same day with my brand new car. I would highly recommend Newark Toyota World and dealing with Edgar for future purchases. More

Recent repair I had a recent problem with my Toyota Tacoma 2011. The battery died. When I got the truck to the service department, I received prompt and attentive I had a recent problem with my Toyota Tacoma 2011. The battery died. When I got the truck to the service department, I received prompt and attentive service from Chris the service advisor. He kept me advised during the day of the reason for the problem - dead battery- and was able to also do the 65000 mile routine maintenance that was due. The work was done by the time Chris estimated. She also took to time explain added other 10 maintenance needs and the value to make changes to improve the performance suggested. She arranged for a loaned car because the repairs would take more time for the day planned for my original repairs. Later she made several telephones to let me know when the service needs would be completed, when to compressor parts were delayed .. The detail bill was explained along with a Multi-Point Inspection.
