Balance shafts and bearings I had a terrible time getting an appointment due to memorial day holiday, kept telling me they were booked. It was ticking like a bomb, brakes fading and the drive was not feeling right. I called numerous times and kept getting they are booked, I was concerned because I just had service done 1.5 weeks before. I went on to the website and hit chat and their was my angel Karin Debussy. One problem she worked in sales but assured me that she would get it to the right department and they would call me very soon. Well, she did just that and Bill Chaffe called asked how soon I could bring it in. I took me 15 minutes to get there and glad I did. The verdict was major but Bill spoke to Toyota they agreed to cover cost and repair my auto and gave me a rental till repair work was ready. More
