Sunroof Problem My sunroof would not open and the Service Lane Manager, Jamar Campbell, wrote up the repair order. The car was in the shop for about 6 hours and th My sunroof would not open and the Service Lane Manager, Jamar Campbell, wrote up the repair order. The car was in the shop for about 6 hours and the problem was found. Water had rusted out the window frame and a new one was needed . At a cost of $3,000, I decided not to have the repair done. Jamar had the sunroof reinstalled at no charge to me. The next day, my wife and I could not carry on a conversation because of the wind noise coming from the sunroof. I inspected it when we got home and saw that the window was not fitting in properly and had about a 3/4" gap on one side. We were expecting a rainy weekend and I was very concerned about water coming in through the sunroof. I called Jamar, explained the situation and he had me come to the service department immediately. When I got there he was ready for me and took the car to a technician. The sunroof was realigned and now has a good seal to the frame. I could not have asked for more prompt attention to my problem and it was corrected immediately. I would give Jamar and the service department a 10 based on a 1 - 10 scale. I have had my car serviced there for years and I will continue to have my current car and any future car serviced there. Thank you, Jamar and Toyota. More

First due to the close proximity to where I live, and later, due to the excellent service they provide. Friendly and knowledgeable during the check in process and pick up. Never had an issue with the service they provided. The warranty will eventually run out and I will have to make the decision to either go with my mechanic that I use for my other older cars, or stay with Newark. Have not made that decision yet. More
Worst service experience I ever had. I put my 2003 Tundra pick-up in for a pulsating when braking at speeds above about 40 MPH on 5/24/16. It needed front brakes and rotors also the rear drums had to be resurfaced. That service cost $637.00 but I had a coupon which bought it down to $510.00 I took the truck home on 5/25/16, only a short drive. The next couple times I drove it it was doing the same thing but not quite as bad. I returned to dealer on 6/6/14 at 07:14, They called me about 10:30 saying it now needs front brake calipers and that will be $800.00, I was shocked at first and said no, then called back in 5 minutes to tell them to do it. They called me at 5:51 to say it's ready so I was there to get it at 6:15 and it was up on the lift without wheels on. I didn't get it until 8:15. NTW used to be Great but I was told by associates the manager now way over books them and it's impossible to get all work done ! One bad manager can really wreck a business. I also had my car serviced there before and it's not a Toyota but I liked there service. More
