We had a very pleasan Recently, my wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned SUV. I called in to Newark Toyota and Ken Steen answered the phone. We had a very pleasant conversation and he was helpful in answering all of my questions. As soon as we got off the phone he forwarded me all of his information to get in contact with him about a couple of vehicles we were interested in seeing. As I am a small business owner my time is limited. Ken went out of his way to send additional pictures to my phone of the SUV we wanted to see. The entire process was great with no pressure sales and friendly, knowledgeable staff at every turn! My wife and I are loving our new SUV and are very satisfied with all of the members of the Newark Toyota Team! More

My husband jokes that I love to drive again because my car drives like a new car. I am so appreciative of how they put all the details on your receipt so you know exactly what they did so you have some knowledge. Collen Consalo was so accommodating through the whole process. Even though we agreed to a "drop off," she had our car ready for pick-up at 6. When we told her we were going to our granddaughter's concert at SHue she moved us through swiftly so we could make it to the concert on time. It doesn't get any better than this, thank you all at Newark Toyota World for making this a painless experience. More
