Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, Bernard answered all of my questions and even took video (additional to the website) of the vehicle for me to preview before coming down to see it in person. My decision to purchase was equal part awesomeness and quality of vehicle and equal part awesomeness and quality of the service level.
