This appointment was supposed to be 1.5-2 hours and they were done in an hour, washed and vacuumed my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus, with a Prius, between the service contract that came with it when I bought it and then this additional package I got, I am paying only $300 total for all my service for almost 4 years. Amazing. It was a Wonderful, Quick, Friendly visit Wesley was immediately Friendly and efficient. He explained everything that was to be done, how long it should take, set me up for my next visit, then Wesley was immediately Friendly and efficient. He explained everything that was to be done, how long it should take, set me up for my next visit, then showed me where the free massage, snacks, drinks, chairs were. A FREE 15-minute MASSAGE?!! REALLY, Toyota??!!! How Awesome is That :-D When my car was finished, Wesley explained what work had been done and all the check-points. She did not talk us into anything. She had a great deal of patience with us as we test drove 3 different models. We ended up choosing a 2016 Carolla S which we love! The finance manager was also fantastic and did not try to sell us anything we did not want; What a great experience. I have already used Newark Toyota World to service my 2011 Prius and LOVE their service. It is so nice to know that there is synergy between the high level of customer service in all departments at Newark Toytoa World. I highly recommend this dealership. More
