Excellent service Coleen did a great job getting me in and out quickly. I needed to pick up my kids by 11:30 from school (9:30 appointment). I was able to get the tires rotated and oil and fluids changed and be out by 10:30. She was aware of the situation I was in and made sure I was out on time. I really appreciate it. timely and accurate repairs I have been a long term customer of Newark ToyotaWorld with the main reason being the service department. While I miss the interior vacuum every time I have been a long term customer of Newark ToyotaWorld with the main reason being the service department. While I miss the interior vacuum every time I would come in, they have always fixed everything I asked on the first visit! They have kept me on the road (I am a real estate broker that drives 40,000+ miles a year)! Now if we can only get them to put real creamers by the coffee instead of the powder, we'll have the perfect service center! More

He make some fasces.. I ask to talk to Daril be he was not there so he came back to me and tell me he was going to take the $24.98 off but I have to pay $20.00 and $34.98.. I ask him way cause everytime I come I always pay up to $38 just for oil change he say you need to pay $20.00 for labor and I ask why I never ever pay that much for oil change.he only give me $24.98 back and that was not right he need to give me back $44.98..but he didn't ... I come here to this location since 2007.. This was the worse experience the I have in this location.. I don't think I will be back.. Cause what he did was not right.. First you need to contact the customer and ask them we need to do this in your car.. Do you want us to do it do you have the money.. But know he didn't do that he just did what ever he wants.. I'm a single mom and I leave pay stuf by Pay stuf and I only have that day the money for oil change.. And gets what my car payment is going to be late cause I was short $20.00 that's to him not doing his job.. More
