A very enjoyable experience I had been watching a particular vehicle on the lot of Newark Toyota as I passed it every morning and evening during my commute to and from my office. I had been watching a particular vehicle on the lot of Newark Toyota as I passed it every morning and evening during my commute to and from my office. I finally decided to check on that vehicle. I pulled into the lot and checked it out, without interference. when I entered the showroom I was immediately greeted and connected with a sales person who was friendly and real. He walked out with me to open it and have me take a test drive. I loved the vehicle. When we returned to his desk, just for fun, I low-balled him on the price. He showed me the Bluebook price and we had a friendly talk. I finally offered him what I thought was a fair price and he accepted it and sent me home with my new vehicle. Our salesman, Mark Barto, was a great guy and we got along very well. He didn't try to weasel me, but always dealt with me with integrity. the same was true when I met with Jim Fultz, the finance manager. When I came back the next morning to finish the paperwork (I went in late the night before) Mark took my keys, had the car washed and the tank filled with gas while we completed the sale. And since I live in Maryland, they gave me a purchase order to have my vehicle inspected at a Maryland shop. The next time I need a vehicle, I will go to Newark Toyota World and deal with Mark and Jim. I have bought many vehicles in my 65 years of living, and I have never been this impressed with a dealership or felt this way about the people I dealt with. More

Wait time I was told the wait time would be 1-1.5 hours AFTER I got there. Other than that it was a good experience. Setting better expectations ahead of time would have been nice. More

Above & Beyond Customer Service My wife and I were looking for a new CRV, and are a novice, at best, on cars. They were loving, kind, helpful, patient, and very honest. We did not expert to find any of these this at a car dealership. These folks are a true exception, and what a blessing. We now have, as my wife put it, "HER DREAM CAR" , and as Her husband, I could not be more thankful!!!!!!!! Great I was on a trip when we unfortunately ran over a sharp piece of metal resulting in a flat tire. The tire was not repairable and I was worried I would have to wait a few days to get a new one because no one else had the tire size in stock. I was so happy when NTW said they had the tire in stock but feathered me in their busy Saturday schedule! They made sure to put everything back(spare tire and tools) and even showed us how to properly put the jack back under the seat. More
