Great I was on a trip when we unfortunately ran over a sharp piece of metal resulting in a flat tire. I was so happy when NTW said they had the tire in stock but feathered me in their busy Saturday schedule! They made sure to put everything back(spare tire and tools) and even showed us how to properly put the jack back under the seat. More

We still need to get a GPS which we were told was on this vehicle but couldn't locate it and found out it isn't included.
