Did receive service requested, brakes, rotors, and new tires. Jim, the service manager that assisted me, couldn't have been more professional, pleasant and courteous. Explained everything in detail. Was offered a rental car because of the time it would take to complete the service. Was pleased as usual with the service I received. Have been coming here for service for the last 25 years. Unfortunately this took close to three hours instead of the one hour expected and no one informed me while I waited. Good reliable service (have been going here for the last 12 years) but communication could be improved.
