Very disappointed I recently purchased a used car and was told how exceptional the service dept was. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the ser I recently purchased a used car and was told how exceptional the service dept was. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told the service would take 1.5 hours and was showed to the nice waiting room. After 2 hrs of waiting i had to go to the person who checked me in to ask for an update. I was told there was an issue with the lock lug and the part had to be ordered at porter Nissan. Another hour later and still no update. I had to go back and ask again the status. I was out of there after over 4 hours of waiting. I would have be fine if someone COMUNICATED with me and not me going back several times. Other people in the waiting room were getting updates. Please coomunicate with your customers. More

Wonderful Jamal I came to the dealership for an oil change, but when I left I had tire rotation, and wheel ailment.
