First routine maintenance on 2015 Toyota Avalon Did not have an appointment and on my day off I took a chance and went in. Dacia Letts greeted me and said that this was a good time and service could be done while I waited. Since it was my first scheduled maintenance neither of us were expecting any problems. Dacia asked me how I liked the car and if I had any questions so far. I just had a minor question about the side mirrors on how they fold or if they fold. She showed me after the service was done. She also showed me the printout of my tire tread and alignment reading and explained that this was done when I drove in over that speed bump when entering the work area. I thought that was a great high tech feature to add to your recently completed renovations. I have been coming to Newark Toyota for many years with different cars and have shared with the many changes whether it is employees or renovations and that is what I like about Newark Toyota. You are not satisfied with status quo but you always strive to find ways to improve and keep up with your competitors. I was pleased with Dacia and the service experience. More

Showroom Car, became a little less showy My brand new car was brought in for a tow hitch and roof rails. I was told that the car would be ready by 11am and did not get a call until 2pm. When My brand new car was brought in for a tow hitch and roof rails. I was told that the car would be ready by 11am and did not get a call until 2pm. When I picked up the car it had dirty hand prints in several spots and a minor scratch near where the roof rails were put on. Needless to say I was not happy to receive back my showroom car in less than showroom condition! More

The appointment took a little longer but that was not a problem and I got my problem fixed. They are a good service center. More
GREAT and QUICK service I have been going to the same dealership for 4 years now and also bought a brand new car from this dealership! As for the service; I have had times wh I have been going to the same dealership for 4 years now and also bought a brand new car from this dealership! As for the service; I have had times where the service center fixed minor repairs/cosmetics (small dent on front bumper they pushed out and also put the plastic motor cover back on when I hit a snow mound last winter ) and didn't charge me for it due to me already getting regular maintenance. Have never had an issue with service techs and or the service writers. I always recommend this dealership to my family and friends even when they don't own a Toyota. As for the Sales, I dealt with Bruce and I bought my brand new SUV. It all started off with me renting the Rav4 to go to the mountains and snowboard while I had my car being serviced. I was very happy and took the car back and was looking around at the display Rav4 on the sales floor. Bruce came and started speaking to me...long story short, Bruce worked his magic and got me the perfect Rav4 with every amenity I dreamed of with a great deal/price! More
