oil change/tire rotation I went in for an oil change and was told to get the tire rotation as well. I am not happy with the condition of my center caps on the wheels after th I went in for an oil change and was told to get the tire rotation as well. I am not happy with the condition of my center caps on the wheels after the rotation. This is my first 'brand new' car and I was hoping that any damage done to it would have been caused by myself. I'm sure there are way's of removing wheels without leaving scratches and impressions. I have always kept my cars in the best condition as possible and I am discouraged that this happened. That is my only problem I had with the services given. More

My recent visit I had the pleasure to have Service Adviser: Cheryl Gephart assist me and she was the ultimate professional explaining everything and it's costs. I must also give shout out to one of their senior mechanics. I have had the pleasure of meeting and knowing Ira.
