service for my 2005 Toyota Hylander Went in with several things wrong. the main heavy noise I was hearing wasn't fixed. said it was a vibration noise in muffler which they had no fix for Went in with several things wrong. the main heavy noise I was hearing wasn't fixed. said it was a vibration noise in muffler which they had no fix for. Heater & air condition would stop blowing hot or cold air. It was fixed the knob that turns from hot to cold had to be taken off to tighten screw behind it. they wound up replacing battery, water pump, shifter bulb was replaced, all belts were replaced, resurfaced back brakes plus new brake pads, rotated tires, tune-up They even gave me a free rental car for a day since it was going to take a while. Excellent service is one of the reasons I immediately replaced my old Prius when it was in an accident with a new Prius. Henry helped me when I was in this week. He was friendly, polite and helpful. I especially liked being able to pay him directly. (And that my bill was less than I expected because my brakes and tires do not need replacing yet. Thanks for being honest about that and showing me the numbers.) More

Why the long wait? I went to the service center to pick up a part that was paid for with the purchase of my new car. I had been called by Toyota telling me the part was I went to the service center to pick up a part that was paid for with the purchase of my new car. I had been called by Toyota telling me the part was ready. Once I was waited on by the attendants behind the desk, I gave each of them in succession my name and then had to wait a few minutes for someone to come out from the Parts department only to ask me what my name was (this now being the third time) so he could go back again and find the part. The whole visit took at least 15 minutes, much longer than I had expected. It didn't give me a very good first impression of your service operation. More
