Worst experience ever! I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:45am. At 9:30am I inquired about my car since no one had the courtesy to let me know what was going on. I wa I had an 8am appointment and arrived at 7:45am. At 9:30am I inquired about my car since no one had the courtesy to let me know what was going on. I was told that the technician was slow but just needed to replace a bulb which would be at no cost, and another 5-10 minutes. The supposed bulb took another half an hour, and after inquiring two more times my car was finally brought to me. They did not charge for the oil change, but I was reprimanded at work for being late to my 10am meeting. The $47 oil change also did not make up for the time I lost at work. I called to report this issue. The service manager was not available but I spoke to someone else. That was the end of it. I didn't even receive a call from the service manager with an apology. Absolutely horrid experience. More

service for my 2005 Toyota Hylander Went in with several things wrong. the main heavy noise I was hearing wasn't fixed. said it was a vibration noise in muffler which they had no fix for Went in with several things wrong. the main heavy noise I was hearing wasn't fixed. said it was a vibration noise in muffler which they had no fix for. Heater & air condition would stop blowing hot or cold air. It was fixed the knob that turns from hot to cold had to be taken off to tighten screw behind it. they wound up replacing battery, water pump, shifter bulb was replaced, all belts were replaced, resurfaced back brakes plus new brake pads, rotated tires, tune-up They even gave me a free rental car for a day since it was going to take a while.
