90 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation?? Scheduled appt. on-line. They did a nice job of reminding me of appt. via text, email an phone. I was on time for appt. 55 minutes in they asked m Scheduled appt. on-line. They did a nice job of reminding me of appt. via text, email an phone. I was on time for appt. 55 minutes in they asked me if I desired fuel injection service....told them no. 35 minutes later.....my car was complete. This was for an oil change and tire rotation only (and not a free service...one of which I paid for). Service advisor apologized. Said they were running behind. Proper protocol is to tell a customer that when they arrive and allow the customer to make the decision to re-schedule. I valued their time and showed up on time. I expect to be treated with the same respect. Very disappointing. More

Professional, friendly and involved. I prescheduled my service appointment and received a confirmation. I was early but taken in and prosessed immediately. The Tech asked detailed questions to determine what to be done. I was shown around the area and thru the waiting room describing all the customer comforts. Service was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost, with a detailed description of what was done. I was made a member of the points club and received good info about it. The last but also important help was to have my cell connected to my 4runner"s bluetooth. I tried but failed. The tech did it quickly and described what to do if I had problems again. He also said I could come back, if needed. Overall a great day at Newark Toyota World. More
