Excellent service I brought my husband's truck in for brake pad work and recall work. James was my customer service person. After several hours, he came back out to tell me that one of the recalls would take over 2.5 -3 more hours. I had a doctor appt that I couldn't reschedule. He secured a car rental for me so I didn't miss that appointment. He really went out of his way that day to do that and to explain in detail everything the truck needed. I really appreciated it.
