Great service from a great bunch of people My visit was for scheduled maintenance and, since I'm still within the first two years of vehicle purchase, was for no charge. The check-in process worked well -- greeted immediately, joined by my assigned service specialist shortly thereafter, and quickly got the order written up. I used the dealer's shuttle service to get to a local restaurant, which was a pleasant trip. I made arrangements to call for a return shuttle if I needed it, but as it turned out, I rode back with someone else. James called within about the time that he estimated the service would take (45 minutes) to let me know that it was done, and I returned about an hour after that. Pick-up went as easily as drop-off, even though James was off the desk by then, and the bill was indeed zero. I've only been using these guys for service since I bought my Prius (about 18 months ago), but they're pretty good. I think I'll keep them. More

Professional, friendly and involved. I prescheduled my service appointment and received a confirmation. I was early but taken in and prosessed immediately. The Tech asked detailed questions to determine what to be done. I was shown around the area and thru the waiting room describing all the customer comforts. Service was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost, with a detailed description of what was done. I was made a member of the points club and received good info about it. The last but also important help was to have my cell connected to my 4runner"s bluetooth. I tried but failed. The tech did it quickly and described what to do if I had problems again. He also said I could come back, if needed. Overall a great day at Newark Toyota World. More
