Excellent Service and Diagnostics. I took my 2009 Toyota RAV4 in for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation at 170K miles). Also, the Check Engine , Slip, and 4WD caution li I took my 2009 Toyota RAV4 in for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation at 170K miles). Also, the Check Engine , Slip, and 4WD caution lights illuminated a couple of days before I brought the car in for the regular maintenance. Turned out I had a bad O2 sensor which was causing the caution lights. I also had them replace the spark plugs and do an engine tune-up at their recommendation (had not ever been done in 170K miles). Since the maintenance was going to take around 5 hours, they provided me with a free rental car (Toyota Camry) which I returned the next day. Shortly after I drove the car off the Service Center lot, I had a Tire Pressure Monitoring System light come on. I returned to the service center and there was a bad tire sensor that was replaced at no charge even though the sensor was not likely failed due to the previous maintenance. Can not say enough about how well and fairly I was treated. Would highly recommend this Service Center. Scott A More

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I took my car in to get everything checked out for an upcoming road trip. I was taken right in and there was a complete diagnostic done on the car. I was concerned that I may need new tires, but Bill let me know that the tires were good to go. Very happy they didn't try to see me tires I didn't need! All was good, I only needed a tune-up. Once I received the quote, I called a couple of auto repair shops to see if the cost was comparable. Toyota actually was about $50 cheaper so I was very happy. There was a recall on the muffler which was also completed. All was done in an acceptable amount of time and I was on my way. Bill was very good at explaining what was happening and keeping me updated during the maintenance. They even washed the car! Very happy with my visit to Newark Toyota. I'll definitely be back. Great job! More

I arrived lunchtime🕛 (which was busy based on how many customers were in the waiting room) and saw Bill. He told me to have a seat in the waiting area and told me how long it was going to take. At exactly the time he stated, he comes to the waiting room to tell me that my Sequoia was finished. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it up Bill.😀 More
