Took care of all my concerns and did it quickly as well. From the time I rolled up and the door opened automatically and they were waiting for me even though I was early I did not have to wait. Bill came out to the vehicle and started taking care of the job right away. Asked me a few questions about the vehicle and I asked him a few back. From there I went to the lovely waiting area, had a cup of coffee on them and when my car was finished and WASHED for free. Jason was very polite and efficient and thoroughly explained what had been done to my car. The really amazing part for me was the waiting area/lounge which, not only has TVs, snacks, and a seated electronic charging counter, but a massage therapist! I had a wonderfully relaxing 15-minute chair massage free of charge! I then read the paper while watching The Food Network and then my car was ready! I'm still amazed that a car service appointment could be so enjoyable! Thank You Newark Toyota World! More
