Courteous, Professional and Going Beyond Professional and efficient is what I can describe my experience with this dealership at the least. In the case of Anthony Harris, the salesperson who is in charge of appraisal and used vehicle inventory, I have to add courteous, honest and respectful to his profile. I was looking to sell one of my 2 cars which gets driven only once every 2 weeks just to prevent dead battery. The appraisal process was very straightforward and handled in a very professional and effective manner by Anthony. What Anthony surprised me with was his genuine honesty and respect of my time. He approached me only 3 minutes after looking at the condition/history of my car (should've taken 20 more minutes for the mechanics to check out the details), informing me he is very unlikely to offer a good price. Quickly explaining the amount of work needed and lack of market, he assured me with a bottom line offer as a back up plan for me, but genuinely encouraged me and provided advice to seek out other venues such as Carmax and private sale, respecting my time and concern but also protecting his and his dealership's interest. Now I call that real competence and goodwill. I did not end up doing business with this dealer, but I'd not hesitate doing business with Anthony again given a chance. I feel it is not strictly cold-hearted business and you don't constantly worry getting ripped off anymore. There is a human touch in the interaction, like the old-fashioned trading, where mutual benefit for both parties is preserved. And I like it that way. Guess I am just old-fashioned. More

Good service, poor sales I bought a 2017 Sienna in June. The transmission wasn't shifting correctly. Before purchasing the van, I found a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on-l I bought a 2017 Sienna in June. The transmission wasn't shifting correctly. Before purchasing the van, I found a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) on-line to fix the problem. When I purchased the van, I asked the sales person to make sure that the TSB was applied to my van before I picked it up. It wasn't. After driving the van for month, I had enough of the poor drivability. I scheduled an appointment with the service department to have the problem assessed. I took a hard copy of the TSB to the service department and explained my problem. Within an hour, the problem was resolved. Why couldn't the sales folks have this problem resolved before I picked up the car? Good service, poor sales. More
