We did not feel pressured at any point in the sales negotiation. We had not been aware of a Fourth of July discount being offered by the dealer, and had already concluded a sales figure. The manager discovered that the discount was not figured into the calculation of a sales price, and he instructed the salesman to subtract that figure from the total. My wife and I were glad for the honesty of the manager. Following the sale the salesman gave us a comprehensive instruction on the new features of the car, which are accessible by digital menus on the dashboard. Then, after we had driven home he called the next day to see whether we had any additional questions. We much appreciated this service! More
