Ken Steen showed me a new 2017 RAV 4 that was on the show room floor. I really liked it a lot. Because of Ken, and Brendan Cahill, they made made me a very proud owner of my 2nd RAV 4. This one I'm buying. I was happy with my first RAV 4, and with the service department. Ken made it happen that I got the car I wanted, and I believe at the best possible price. The service staff are all exceptionally friendly and informative. The work has been well done, fairly priced and efficiently delivered. I wish all dealers were as good. Newark has helped us on occasion advise our LA based son when his local Prius dealer has recommended very expensive, but as it turns out unnecessary work. We trust Newark to give us honest advice and to treat us as competent people not just money bags. More
