Another amazing experience !! After extensive travel, I realized I had a bolt in my tire, which meant the indicator was lit on the dash. Starter Replacement I had my car towed to Toyota's lot so it could be looked at the first thing on Saturday morning. Per AAA they said my car needed a new started; Mr. Sh I had my car towed to Toyota's lot so it could be looked at the first thing on Saturday morning. Per AAA they said my car needed a new started; Mr. Sherrod he took care of everything. He was courteous and helpful until the end. My son had another issue as soon as he drove off the lot. The car cut off at the light down the street near DQ. I called back and Mr. Sherrod answered immediately and he asked me to bring the car back as he wanted to make it right. Whatever he did, it appears to be working so we'll see how things pan out as the week progresses. Never once did I feel like I was getting on his nerves. He made me feel like he really wanted to solve this problem for me and that's appreciated especially since I almost $400 for the repair. I feel like it was money well spent but I'd like to give it some time to ensure the car is fully functional and I won't be able to tell until I've had it back for a few day but so far pretty good.
