The service group (Jacob) did a great job keeping me informed of the status of the inspection and alerted me the brake lines would also be replaced as part of the prior recall on the frame. While it was in the shop, Derrick also worked with me to have a broken AC compressor replaced. The service dept did an excellent job and I will take my truck back to them in the future. More
