Eric Moseley is Outstanding! This is the fourth Toyota I have purchased from Eric since 2012; I typically get a different car every couple of years and prefer Toyota. The Custome This is the fourth Toyota I have purchased from Eric since 2012; I typically get a different car every couple of years and prefer Toyota. The Customer Service and integrity that Eric brings to the table is exemplary, and I know that I can trust him to be honest and fair. Brandon and David (finance dept) were also very good. I recommend this dealership for sales as long as Eric is part of the team. However, It is a shame that Newark Toyotaworlds poor business management; changing the benefits, work hours and pay plan is costing them their best employees. Because of Newark Toyotaworlds short-sightedness in their business plan they are about to lose one of their best, and as one of his customers, wherever he goes is where my business will go, I do not use the service department at Newark Toyota-world due to previous negative experiences, it has needed help for a few years. I am a doctoral student in management, organizational leadership. If Newark Toyotaworld would like some recommendations on how to fix their business plan, I would be happy to share what I have been learning before they lose any more business. Cheryl More
