We had been to multiple car dealerships in the Newark area, while some of the sales people were nice most were o My son was looking for his first car. We had been to multiple car dealerships in the Newark area, while some of the sales people were nice most were overbearing and quite pushy. We came across Newark Toyota by chance and the plan was ONLY to have him sit in a particular car to see how he liked it. Shortly after we were on the lot we greeted by Delonn. He was extremely nice, not pushy or anything. It was as though he was there to help us not sell something. After test driving the car we left and looked at other cars (even though my son was sold on the car he test drove.) Delonn told us if we had any other questions to call him, he was not annoyed at all, which was a nice change from the other sales people we encountered. We returned within a few hours and Delonn tried extremely hard to get my son financed as his income was not that high. But after the hard work of Delonn and his finance manager my son drove off with a custom Chrysler 200. I would recommend Delonn and Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car!!!! More

I am always amazed at how quickly they get my 2016 Highlander in and out for basic service. Everyone who works in the service department has been professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service is top-notch, and they just seem to understand that we all have better things to do than sit and wait for a car all day. Even when my 2008 Highlander needed more substantial repairs, I was amazed at how quickly they were able to accomplish the task ... and their hours are flexible enough to meet any schedule. It's hard to know who to trust to service your vehicle, but I know that I can always trust the technicians and the entire service department at Newark Toyota World. More
