Always a Pleasure We purchased our vehicle from Newark Toyota World in June 2016 from Eric Mosely. We are return customers because of his integrity and excellence. It was EXTREMELY refreshing to find that same integrity and excellence extends across the organization. On Saturday, January 14 our check engine light came on. We immediately made an appointment for Sunday, January 15. We arrived and began the check in process. The service representative immediately called us back to our vehicle. In short he told us that the light cam on because our gas cap had not been properly closed. He stated that he was 99% sure that was the cause of the check engine light and that he would SAVE us the diagnostic fee of $120! He closed the cap, my husband and I looked at each other dumbfounded that we had forgotten to close it properly. The service representative stated that the light should go off in a few days, but that if the light did not go off in a week, we should call for an appointment. On Tuesday, January 17, just as he said the light went OFF!!! Over the next few visits for other regular maintenance, the service center will get more than $120 from us. But in this instance, I sincerely appreciated not being taken advantage of for something so minor. I also appreciate the integrity of the service rep who was more interested in us being less stressed about our vehicle than making money on the diagnostic. We were literally back on the road in 5 minutes. For that reason and many others, we have decided that we will probably be Toyota owners for life. More

We were greeted by Sales rep Ken Steen who worked endlessly to find a solution that met our needs. He even let us take a 4runner home to make sure it was right for our family.
