He not only was very knowledgeable of the product but more importantly, patient and very easy to work with. Two weeks after the sale, we found an issue with the Highlander, we spoke with Christine, one of their administrators, who immediately and with the same appeasing personality and professionalism as David, set up an appointment for us to bring in the vehicle for inspection and repair. The morning we arrived for the appointment, David was waiting for us, with all the professionalism & confidence that the issue would be rectified. Christine & David are assets to Newark Toyota World & proved there is still commitment to service after the sale. We will definitely return to this dealership for any future purchases. More

First Time, Definitely Coming Back This was my first time using this service center. The staff was courteous and patient, since I didn't know right way to bring my car through the garag This was my first time using this service center. The staff was courteous and patient, since I didn't know right way to bring my car through the garage area and stay with it. They had a really nice waiting area with comfy chairs and outlets but I wasn't even out there that long! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and, even though they did an inspection of the car and commented about my brakes, they didn't try to sell me for extra services, unlike other service stations I have gone to. I really really respect that. I will definitely go again! I also really like the text notifications that confirms my appointment and lets me know when my car is ready. Very professional. More
