Consistently Great Customer Service I have been using Newark Toyotaworld for my car servicing needs many, many years and honestly cannot honestly remember ever being advised to update or I have been using Newark Toyotaworld for my car servicing needs many, many years and honestly cannot honestly remember ever being advised to update or purchase a service which was not needed. When they believe it was necessary, it was certainly recommended when it was a necessity. They have been very good at offering alternate options to resolve any issues I have brought to them; again, if a service was deemed needed, it was suggested/recommended. In this process, I believe they consider the safety implications for the customer before the dollars for the business and I appreciate that. Easy and excellent buying experience Have really enjoyed our over 10 years of dealing with Newark Toyota World. Have been considering for quite awhile to moving up from our beloved Prius Have really enjoyed our over 10 years of dealing with Newark Toyota World. Have been considering for quite awhile to moving up from our beloved Prius (bought here in 2005 and all service done here) to something easier for us old folks to get in and out of. Also concerned with having more safety features (blind spot monitors and backup camera). Driving "out there" is not for wusses. Enjoying learning about our new Highlander; feeling more and more comfortable behind the wheel. Feel very welcome to call/visit dealer with any questions (it's complicated, but fun!) More

Repair I brought in my Prius (2015) because I was having seat warmer issues. It was fixed that day, on time.
