Stellar service in the blink of an eye! I normally plan on an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, etc;, but I was thrilled to be in and out in less than a half an hour. Nice place Toyota always delivers. I think their service pricing is a bit high. Sometimes the recommendations are not accurate, although I bring my prius there t Toyota always delivers. Usually the wait is around an hour but this time it was almost two hours. The service manager gave me a discount and I do appreciate that. All around good place. More

Satisfied or unsatified This is my third time coming because of the friendly staff and quick service and I love you are having a therapist to provide 15 minutes free of charg This is my third time coming because of the friendly staff and quick service and I love you are having a therapist to provide 15 minutes free of charge massage but it was so much going on when I visited last time the 17th of November first Mark said one price to me over the phone in which I had to get my money together in which I had to do it all together but it only applied to Toyota on route 13th then I got there and I waited on car no one came I guess I had to go in last time in May someone approached my car right away then I go in and William provided me w another prize all together saying to me Mark had given me the wrong prized for my service I'm happy I paid less but why not getting it right from the beginning sometimes I wonder if for what I paid I got my service it shouldn't be so confusing then William called up and told someone to get my recording from that day saying to me I confused Mark because My called was over 40 minutes long what should that matter anyway? Then Williams had to leave for the day then he left me w this person so I can paid then they talk to West and he was my best service he coordinated my phone w my car because I had a switch phones and he did a magnificent job took his time and his job very profesional he may my day even better or beside therapist. Can you just be less confusing next time? Do not be questioning us to why I took 40+ minutes to make my appt then I did asked to talked to Mark saying he was on lunch time and when I asked for him again no that he cannot come downstairs why when I asked William had said to me when he would returned from lunch he would talked to me and it came out not to be true this was too much running around. I think time was ok 1:45 minutes. To me it was not as busy as last time in May. If someone read this call me I need to talk to a supervisor. More
Taken care of like family Wow- what a great experience I had working with both the dealership and service department of Newark ToyotaWorld!!!!! My wife had an emergency issu Wow- what a great experience I had working with both the dealership and service department of Newark ToyotaWorld!!!!! My wife had an emergency issue with her 10 year old vehicle and we were forced to limp her car off the highway and into the service dept. Completely booked with appointments, it would be impossible for the car to be diagnosed that day….. Jamar in the service department went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of- he set us up for an appointment first thing the next day and made sure we were provided a rental car so we could get home. After inspection the vehicle problems Jamar was honest and up front about what was needed to return our car to safe working order again. Due to the age of the car and the number of things we needed repairing- we decided to see what might be done on the sales side of the house. Jamar reached out and put us into contact with our VERY helpful and friendly salesman Chris. After arriving at the dealership that evening we were met by Chris who worked with us to see what options we had with our situation. With 0 pressures at all we were able to make the decision to purchase a new vehicle at an amazingly good price (0% finance & rebates!!) and all incurred costs with our disabled vehicle were absorbed. Chris helped us with ease in choosing which vehicle was best for us based on what features/requirements we had. From start-to-finish, in both Service and Sales, we were truly taken care of like family by the Newark ToyotaWorld team. I cannot give enough praise to these locations and their employees and highly recommend doing business with them!!!! More
