There was a nice roomy waiting area with computer chargers, drinks, and TV (morning bagels were already gone by my afternoon appointment). The tech was able to patch my tire for only $37, and routine maintenance was completed quickly. I am taking my other Toyota in tomorrow, and will definitely use their services every time! More

Check Engine light on Stopped in without an appointment because the check engine light popped on while I was out. Service area was very busy so I was offered a rental. Later received a phone call telling me exactly what the problem was. Also told I needed tires, which I knew was coming up. Everyone was very helpful and professional helping me understand the repair. Always good service, just a little too long this time I have always had good service at this location and have been taking the same car there for 10+ years. This time felt a little different though. I went in for a their basic service of oil change and tire rotation plus fluids check this time. Unfortunately, what I though would be 45-60 minutes turned into 90 minutes for no explicit reason. Very frustrated that what seems like a straightforward service event went on for so long. And all this when I reserved the first appointment of the day. More
