Overlong wait for routine maintenance. I scheduled the maintenance visit online and arrived on time. It took over 1.5 hours for the oil change and tire rotation - this seems excessive. The staff did not provide an update when it was taking longer than expected. The car wash was also not working (I can't recall the last time it has been working when I brought my car in). I was given wrong information to repair brake light. On Thursday October 13, 1916 I took my 2005 Toyota Prius to Toyota World to repair my defective drivers side brake light. Dacia Letts came back to me On Thursday October 13, 1916 I took my 2005 Toyota Prius to Toyota World to repair my defective drivers side brake light. Dacia Letts came back to me and presented me with an estimate of $ 335.00. On October 14, 2016 I returned to Toyota World to question why such an outrageous price to replace a incandescent bulb. My experience was that to replace the LED brake light the entire rear assembly had to be replaced, I brought this to the attention of Derrick the manager at Toyota World. He bought to me the replacement that would cost $335.00 including labor to install the taillight assembly. and indeed I did not need the entire brake light assembly replaced. I was charged just $29.95 to replace the incandescent lamp as part of the drivers side brake light. More
