The service department, especially Bill Caffee (sp.?) went above and beyond to help me get a time-sensitive repair done, on the spot! Our salesman Ilya, was new at the job, but did his level best and we were very satisfied with his efforts, and will definitely return for our next Toyota! I am from Japan, and I of course know of and expect the quality of vehicle and spirit of customer service that Toyota is famous for. The only thing I didn't care for was the sales managers "confidence" and seeming unwillingness to negotiate. Honestly, it came across as arrogance to me. While I think Toyota products are superlative, I think the manager didn't reflect the spirit of Toyota in a modest way. however, that gentlemen did do everything to help us and I am thankful for that. More

Truly Exceptional Service I recently came back from Delaware on a business trip. While I was in town, I took my car to the Newark location before going back home to CT. They were very patient and took the time to educate me about my car and what was required. Both were very professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend that location to anyone I know. Cheryl, and Jermaine offered quality customer service, and I was very pleased. First time I took my car to a dealer and walked away so satisfied. What I liked about them, is their way of showing me, making me feel, I matter as a customer, and my needs come first. Toyota should be proud to have these two individuals as employees.
