Not sure if I can trust them I went for my usual tune up and they told me that my brakes might need to be changed at my next tune up about two months later my brake warning light I went for my usual tune up and they told me that my brakes might need to be changed at my next tune up about two months later my brake warning light was going on and off. I brought my car in to get it looked at. I asked them to check if there was an issue with the light or the brakes. They told me I needed to get my brakes changed. I asked why it was so soon after my last tune up. They told me that they can't tell how quickly brakes would wear down and "by next tune up" had been just a guess. I don't put a lot of miles on my car. I live 10 minutes away from work! But I agreed to have them change the brakes. I didn't feel any difference after the brakes were changed out, which I thought was a little strange. Two days later the brake light started going off and on again. I called several times to speak to someone and I left two voicemails (one for the technician that did the work and one for the manager), and no one has called me back. I'm now thinking that there was no problem with my brakes but a malfunction with the warning light. But how can I be sure since no one will call me back? This really does not make me feel like they are on the up and up and/or they don't care about my business. More

After picking up my car, the check engine light was still on. I brought it back the next morning and again, Michelle was excellent. I had to wait a little while for a rental car. After about 1/2 hour of being there, I let Deb (front desk) know that I'd been waiting and needed to get to work. She said they needed to print the legal contract and wash the car. It wasn't what she said, but how she said it, with attitude. I was there for a mistake made by the mechanic (not resetting the light), so the attitude was not appreciated. The correct response should have been, I'll find out what's taking so long and get it to you as soon possible. Not, we need to do this and that, and it should be here soon (go sit down and shut up). When I picked up my car in the afternoon, Karl was asked to drive it up. When he got out, he said he needed to get my paperwork and he left. He did not return. Michelle finally noticed me still standing there. She went and found him and asked him what I was going on. He said I was good to go. Might have been good idea for him to come back and let me know that, since he asked me to wait. Overall, not the greatest experience, although I did appreciate Michelle's friendly and helpfulness. I took my car in for its first service and ask to have a brake inspection done and asked to have the brakes greased because they were squeeking. The writer didn't know what I ment my greasing, so I had to explain to him what I ment. Then after they were done with the oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection they said they cleaned and greased my brakes. I thanked them and took my car home, the brakes still squeeking. So I took my car to the shop I work at, put it on the lift and checked the brakes and tire, the pads have rust on them, nothing was cleaned or greased and my tires were never rotated... More
Average 1.5hrs with an appt is too long Didn't even get my tires rotated or Amy additional work performed and it still took 1.5hrs with an oil change appt. That is unacceptable. Not the smoothest service I have been a long term Toyota customer and have been getting my 2006 Highlander serviced there since I bought in ten years ago. I dropped my vehicle I have been a long term Toyota customer and have been getting my 2006 Highlander serviced there since I bought in ten years ago. I dropped my vehicle after hours this past Friday night for an oil change and mentioned a problem with low tire pressure warning light. Wesley called on Saturday morning and quoted price for oil change and tire rotation special which I agreed to and then explained that spark plugs were recommended as I was at 121,000 miles on the vehicle. He quoted the price at $359 for this service and I declined as it was not in my current budget. He said that was fine but I should definitely get them replaced before 135,000 miles. He then said the warning light issue would be addressed. I went to pick up my vehicle after 4 pm that day as it was ready and Wesley waited on me. He reviewed the service completed and said that my vehicle was a V-6 when he pulled up the VIN. I corrected him and said it was a 4 cylinder and questioned the expensive quote for the spark plugs. He then admitted they would have only been $159 for my model. I was VERY frustrated as this $200 misquote prevented me from getting the work completed while the car was there all day! The lower price would have been in my budget. Then when I was leaving, I had to ask about the car wash which is typically mentioned or completed after the car is serviced. And the warning light was still on and I noticed it as I pulled outside the service area. He had the mechanic fix it and it was fine. So, bottom line---------while he was friendly, it was not the best Toyota experience ever. More
