I'm usually the first to complain about dealerships and in my long experience there are very few 'good' visits for anything that isn't absolutely routine. Omar's communication and attitude were great. in my long experience there are very few 'good' visits for anything that isn't absolutely routine. Omar's communication and attitude were great. The replaced non OEM parts for OEM ones, even though my vehicle was now out of warranty. (initial repair done under warranty) To top it off, they did it in 1 day less than anticipated. Thanks Omar, Kraig and service team. More
Took over 10 minutes to check me in for an appt for an oil change when no other customer was there with zero explanation until I asked. The manager was extremely rude to me when I told him I was in a hurr oil change when no other customer was there with zero explanation until I asked. The manager was extremely rude to me when I told him I was in a hurry and was going to be late to a meeting. Tried to tell me I had to pay $100 when I had Jeep Wave. Horrible customer service from someone who’s supposed to be a manager. He made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. More
Would've liked to have gotten something closer to the kellybluebook trade-in value, especially considering the add-ons (which dealerships won't credit you for, but will certainly charge more for when the kellybluebook trade-in value, especially considering the add-ons (which dealerships won't credit you for, but will certainly charge more for when they sell); I found Bailey friendly and helpful, however. Same issue as last year when a new battery was installed and I was sent on my way. This time I tow the vehicle in and am told of a potential issue Ram has had with these at time of delivery. I get called and I was sent on my way. This time I tow the vehicle in and am told of a potential issue Ram has had with these at time of delivery. I get called and told the battery is bad and new one installed is about $460 installed. Evidently I must have not tested the battery correctly prior to taking it to Newberg Ram. That $$$ is crazy... especially when the same Newberg Ram Service department installed a new one 14 months ago. I am told ok the battery cost is $195 and that is what we will charge you. I am not sure what the $271 for battery storage is but I was charged for it. Ultimately in my opinion too many hours were charged to diagnose/repair a known issue, the battery cost on the receipt was more than I was told and nobody mentioned that any other key fobs will need to be programmed. The people I dealt with on the phone as well as when I delivered the truck were the only thing that kept the review from a single star... they were very helpful when delivering the truck. I won't be telling our managers they have to utilize Newberg Ram for servicing our fleet of Ram trucks. That's too bad for the service department and ultimately too bad for the sales department too as they lost a chance at future business. More
Our car has been serviced almost exclusively by this dealership and they are really great. We will continue to have our car serviced here. dealership and they are really great. We will continue to have our car serviced here. More
Customer service is not much better than A computer. Support staff read from a script which does not help customers. Staff inability to read simple parts list cost two days this is has to be cleaned up Support staff read from a script which does not help customers. Staff inability to read simple parts list cost two days this is has to be cleaned up. While I understand, pricing issues, dealership needs to figure out how to reduce cost it customers. This will make you lose a lot of customers and respect those customers. More
