Did not communicate the status of my truck repair and it sat for 6 weeks. I contacted the service department three times during that period of time to get the same stock answer of "I will e-mail the service sat for 6 weeks. I contacted the service department three times during that period of time to get the same stock answer of "I will e-mail the service tech and he will get back to you". No one reached out to me. I did however get contacted about other people's vehicle services being completed and ready for pick up. Plain and simple the service team lacked communication and had no sense of urgency to rectify the issue. My suggestion to fix this issue in the future is to not rely on "e-mailing the service tech". That method is passive, dismissive, and unprofessional to the customer. More

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and had a fabulous experience. I loathe the car buying experience because of all the back and forth hours of red tape to get to the final signature that let's you drive experience. I was in and out around 2 hours. I highly recommend them! More
