I was asked by the employee to make sure I gave a 5 star review. If they offered good service, the employees wouldn't need to tell customers to give them 5 stars. Additionally I was lied to multiple times about when my vehicle would be ready, they ordered wrong parts multiple times. They had my vehicle for almost a month, never offering me a loaner vehicle. After getting my receipt, and verifying prices on Mopar's website, I realized they had marked up prices almost 75%. Would never recommend this dealership service department to anyone. More
I've only been to this dealership for service so far. The service department has provided exceptional customer service each time I've been here. Mariah handled a call with Mopar/Stellantis to ensure they had the proper billing method in place for having the rental vehicle handled under this recall. On the day of the service, Bridget ensured that the recall service was done correctly and that rental was handled by them. Due to Bridget's efficiency, I was able to drop my vehicle off knowing I had a rental while my car was being worked on. Bridget stayed in constant communication with updates and this was a seamless and pleasant process. Special recognition to both Bridget and Mariah who are wonderful representations of your company. The sales person was incredibly rude and impersonal. We were stuck there for hours while nothing was being accomplished. He claimed his manager manager was to blame.
