On 2/5/2014, I stopped in at Newbold Toyota to take a peek at the 2014 Camry Hybrid. The weather was really cold and the cars were snow and ice covered so I figured there would be no way that I would hav peek at the 2014 Camry Hybrid. But surprisingly, meeting sales advisor, Paula Louis, she made it possible for me to take a test drive. After returning, she was very thorough explaining all my buying options, she assured me that the my Corporate Partner Discount would be applied and it was. She also answered any questions I had. Prior to receiving the keys to my new car, Paula introduced me to the other friendly staff: her boss, the Service manager, and Robert, the finance analyst. Sorry, no stars. 2 service reps agreed to waive the $130 inspection fee if I had some of the work done at their shop. Later they reneged after I had acted on this advice, when I had alternatives and suffer inspection fee if I had some of the work done at their shop. General manager chose not to be accountable, gave me spewings about business models that Newbold follows, that customers should know how their model works, etc. As an aside, their service team appears to have misdiagnosed the car problem I had, because after addressing the major issues, over the course of 2 attempted repairs and costing $2000, the symptoms of the problem are still presenting. What I do know is that the Newbold model is more about profit and less about customer and accountability. And if you can't trust what the service agents tell you, who can you trust in their larger organization? You can read and act on the other good reviews here on this page, but beware that when the chips are down, their top dead center leadership is simply out to make a buck. More

My experience in purchasing a 2013 CAMRY was exceptional in terms of professional, sale execution, positive culture. Nick was very professional. He took time to go over my options, in that it was better to take the Toyota bonus and finance at a low rate instead of taking the zero percent finance. It saved me several hundred dollars. What I really liked was that once I decided to buy the car it took less than 30 minutes to do all the required paperwork. That included getting the loan from another institution, checking alto insurance, putting new plates on the car. Nick also went over the car features and invited me to bring in my wife and he would do the same for her and even hook up her phone to work in the car hands free mode. There was never any pressure to buy the car and they worked with me on the price. by the way this is my third car I have bought from them More
