Great overall experience. Have heard a lot of great things about the new, 2014 Toyota Corolla so thought we'd take a test drive (just 15 - 20 minutes after driving a Hyundai Elantra which is what we or things about the new, 2014 Toyota Corolla so thought we'd take a test drive (just 15 - 20 minutes after driving a Hyundai Elantra which is what we originally set out to buy). The Corolla was the better of the two hands down. Trunk is a lot larger and there's no comparison in the rear seat room. Went to Volkswagen next to check out a Jetta. Feature for feature the Corolla was at least a couple of thousand less. Went back to Newbold just before closing that day (New Years eve no less) and there was no sense of hurry. By the time we were done negotiating a great deal with Zach it was at least 30-45 past closing. Would definitely recommend stopping at Newbold if you're interested in getting a good deal and high quality car. More

She went out of her way to answer all of our questions and took a great deal of her time to show us all of the vehicles that could possibly work for our desires. She is a very personable and caring person and we will seek her out in the future. Robert, the finance associate, explained in great detail all of our options regarding warranties and finance options. All in all, we had a very good experience at Newbold Toyota and will be back when we are in the market in the future.. More

Steve was very helpful with a process we went thru to get 3 vehicles from him - it was a long day and he had patience with us as we made all three deals. Salesman Ron Kennon was very responsive to our needs. He listened and understood what we were looking for. I had a Camry SE and enjoyed driving it for years and was always happy with the maintenance servic listened and understood what we were looking for. He started the process of evaluating the value of the trade-in's early which allowed us the time to view the new cars that were on the lot. We had trouble deciding which color we wanted due to the Sun being very bright that particular day. We asked Ron if he could park the cars next to each other which was a great help in making a decision. After the test drive we finally decided the car and color we wanted which happened to be the car Ron first brought out. I think he knew what we wanted and would be happy with before we knew. We appreciated his patience and understanding as the decision process probably took a little longer than it should have. My Sales Rep Damon Harkins was professional, positive and informative. It had been a while since my last purchase and I was apprehensive about the whole process. Damon's confidence and easy-going manner addressed my concerns and calmed my anxiety. The experience was haggle free and pleasant. My experience with the Finance Rep Robert Kavran was equally pleasant. Robert was very informative and he tried several lenders to get me a good deal on a great vehicle. There was a little snag regarding the verification documents I needed to secure the loan but Robert worked with me and everything worked out fine.
