For 3 and half years I have be trying to get my 2009 Toyota Avalon fixed, I have brought my vehicle into this service dept. to only be dissatisfied. My 2009 Avalon has been pulling to the left since I Toyota Avalon fixed, I have brought my vehicle into this service dept. to only be dissatisfied. My 2009 Avalon has been pulling to the left since I bought the vehicle. The last time I brought my vehicle in to the service dept. I was dealing with Chris Newbold, the service manager.I dropped my car off on a Wednesday afternoon.Thursday evening I was given a phone call that my car was done. I asked what did they found. There response was they put different tires on it. When I came in the next day to take a test drive with Chris,I noticed immediately that the car was not fixed,I was mad and asked chris what kind of a freaking service manager would call me and tell me that my car was fixed.I then drove chris and I back to the dealership.I said don't call me again until my car is fixed,Around 3 hrs later i get a call from steve steigman the general manager demanding that I bring the rental car back.where has this general manager been for the past 3 and half years,I told Steve that I wanted my car fixed.I told him that it was a safety hazard to have my family driving a vehicle that pulls to on coming traffic.I told him when i got done at the doctor's i would be by to take a test drive.When I arrived at the dealer ship I was boxed in and was greeted by the police and was not given a test drive with steve.I was told by steve that my car needed new tires on it.I was then escorted off the dealership by the police,and taken out of the rental.I was told that my car was safe to drive.I bought new tires at Dobbs and that was not the problem.I then was told that I WAS NOT WANTED BACK AS A CUSTOMER,I then took my vehicle over to weiss toyota on tesson ferry rd,There I was given a rental until they fixed my car,It took them five days to find that the car had a bad rack and pinion which was replaced,I was told that the rack and pinion was leaking on the left side. I guess that is not a safety issue. More

I had previously been looking at a car at another Toyota dealership and was treated not so great by their finance employee. I decided to go to Newbold Toyota and am very happy that I did. Zach, the sales pe dealership and was treated not so great by their finance employee. I decided to go to Newbold Toyota and am very happy that I did. Zach, the sales person, was very courteous and respectful; not to mention extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. Newbold's finance dept did great also. I have less than perfect credit and they were able to get me financing with terms that I am comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend Newbold Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car.
