Staff always exudes a feeling of calm even when they are crazy busy. They do a thorough check of the car, let you know what they found and how urgent it is but never push for repairs. They treat it as an information download and leave you to decide. They will answer questions or give advice only when asked. More

Bought a used 2018 Ford F-150 with 104,000 miles on it. The truck appeared to be in great shape and was spotless so it seemed to be well taken care of. I purchased a 4 year warranty (engine and transmission) since I've never owned a Ford. Within a few days of owning it the check engine light came on. Had AutoZone check the OBD code and got got the P-0430 (bad catalytic converter bank 2). The printout from AutoZone and O'Reilly's (FixFinder) both show this code to be a powertrain problem. Called Newbold and was told that this was not covered under my $3745 warranty. One of two things happened with this vehicle before I bought it, either the previous owner cleared the OBD code or the dealer did. In either case I feel as though Newbold, at the very least, should have offered to make the repairs at cost. I am now upside down $7,000 - $9,000 to get rid of the truck and $3550 to replace the catalytic converter and O2 sensors. I will never do business here again! More

Got home and later in the day found 1/2 qt of oil on garage floor. Had to drive back to dealer and wait 30 minutes for them to tighten bolt left loose, top off oil, and clean undercarriage. Unbelievable their technician left the oil change bolt loose! Manager apologized but we could have done serious damage to our vehicle if we had been running errands, left on a trip, or didn't notice the puddle on our garage floor!! More

Went inside and talked to guy in middle of the techs (short guy with no personality). He wanted to charge me $189 to fond the problem for a burned out low beam headlight. NOT COOL! Between them overcharging me and his arrogant attitude, not going back! More

After balking at this price I shopped around and the local Meineke fixed the problem for $345. I then called to inquire as to what made the cost over $3,000 and they insisted that was the price. After pressing, they admitted they could use after-market parts and probably get the price down to $1,200. Upton then admitting I had already fixed the issue for $345, I was told "Oh, well that's because we don't have welders." THEN TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT! TELL THE CUSTOMER you're ill equipped to fix the problem in a cost effective manner! But still, against my better judgement, I decide to give them another chance when I start having issues with my trunk not closing. This fix costs over $500, hours of missed work and required no less than THREE SEPERATE VISITS to the dealership in which I was consistently misled only to have them admit this when I was pressed. All this concludes in them telling me that their repair shouldn't require a reprogramming of my trunk remote. Yet here I am weeks later and I was lied to yet again. After bringing my car in specifically to get the key fob reprogrammed to the new locking mechanism I overpaid for, I was assured it was not necessary. You guessed it, weeks later my key fob still does not unlock my truck. Absolute incompetence by this service department. More
