Great Follow-Up We sent emails to a few dealerships in St. Louis requesting information and Newbold had someone email us and follow-up with phone calls. We have been looking for just the right vehicle for some time, so lots of follow-up on their part. These did not feel like pressure tactics. These were sincere efforts to answer our questions in a timely manner and address our interests. Once we were actually looking at a car at their lot, I had four pages of items to inspect on the car and David Twigg helped us do the inspection and look at every detail of the vehicle. He explained that the red blinking lock light had to stay on when the car was off. He showed me where the service department is and that they will wash the car if I want them to.
