I used to dread the car buying experience until I went to Newbold Toyota where I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! I am 58 years old and have bou Newbold Toyota where I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! I am 58 years old and have bought many cars in my life. The salesman was fantastic! He drove all the way from O'Fallon to Edwardsville to pick me up at Enterprise Leasing. He even drove me to my house to get my car title. I was so impressed with his willingness to go the "extra mile." Then I could not believe the great deal that I got on my car (0% financing). You can't get a better deal than that. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining the numbers and the advantage of the maintenance plan. If I take my car in for service I get a rental car to drive. How great is that? I also get free oil changes and tire rotations. You have got to give this dealership a try. I promise that you will not be disappointed! More

John Scheib spent a lot of time with us to let us test drive and experience the Prius we ended up buying. I cannot recommend going to Newbold based on an experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a pr experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a price for trade-in with us. He scoffed when we tried to up the offer, he simply said "It has a big crack in the windshield". Not only did we get a better trade-in price by the Honda dealership down the road, but there was no mention that the crack in the windshield would bring down the value of the car. Because of this interaction, we went to another dealer, and are more than satisfied with our decision not to buy a car from that salesman. In his defense, maybe he was having a bad day, but first impressions are lasting impressions. I cannot knock Toyota for there products, I know several people that have them and they are great cars, but because of my day with that salesman, I could not in good conscience purchase something from him. He lost more than one sale that day. We have since purchased two cars from the dealership that we left Newbold to go see that day. More

I purchased a 2010 Toyota 4Runner from Newbold Toyota-Scion and from the moment I had contact with their staff they immediately attempted to discover my needs and get me the vehicle I wanted. I wa Toyota-Scion and from the moment I had contact with their staff they immediately attempted to discover my needs and get me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to pick up the vehicle with very little wait time as they helped me work out some of the details of my purchase over the phone. The options I wanted presented a unique challenge but the folks at Newbold were able to obtain a new vehicle in what seemed to be no time. The sales and finance staff assumed I had done my homework and as a result treated me with respect and offered me a fair price right off the bat. I'm still happy with my purchase now I just wish the other Toyota dealer close to my house offered service on par with Newbold when I take my car in for service. More
