Best Customer Service We took delivery of a 19 Highlander Limited. Had a 16 previously. The 19 vibrated, drifted, had wind noise in driver door, and wrong entertainment sys We took delivery of a 19 Highlander Limited. Had a 16 previously. The 19 vibrated, drifted, had wind noise in driver door, and wrong entertainment system. After attempts to rectify the issues, they ultimately decided on swapping out to a new build. We took delivery of the next 19 and it is perfect. All issues resolved and a great ride. We got what we paid for and deserved. More
