He was very patient in repeating and explaining what he recommended when my attentions were diverted to my active toddler. My husband manages the maintenance logs for our vehicles and had only mentioned particular things, so I had no idea what was needed and what was extra. Jim really was helpful in explaining the purpose for the items needing attention and was very upfront about cost and frequency of each item, felt confident he had our our personal interests at heart and not just looking to add items to our bill. We will certainly continue to return to Newbold Toyota for our vehicle's maintenance and care! More
