He accommodated my work schedule by allowing me to drop my car off a day prior at the dealership and having the courtesy driver drop me off home. There was no high pressure or hidden fees tactics. While before actually completing the sale they take you extend warranty sales the process was informative without being high pressure. Tire issue/repair Jeanine was awesome from start to finish. She kept me informed during the process, and looked back into my service history to discover that the same Jeanine was awesome from start to finish. She kept me informed during the process, and looked back into my service history to discover that the same tire was repaired by them in 2017. Since the patch was now leaking, they took the tire off the rim and plugged it from the inside at no charge. She also ran off some tire prices that were on sale this month so I could take them home and consider them. The guys who are work at the service desk, however, are not nearly as personable. More
