He had everything ready for me, including some custom things I wanted done before taking delivery. He had everything perfect. I told Mark I didn't want to spend a lot of time since I was paying cash. I picked up the vehicle on a busy Friday night but Mark and Robert had all the paper work ready and I was in and out in an hour. Mark goes above and beyond and picks up our cars for services and brings them back to our house. First class salesman and a great guy who understands how important personal service is. More

You only had to dispose of 5 quarts oil, which you probably resell. And $24.99 to rotate the tires; Affenburg Mazda rotates my Mazda tires for free. My wife loves her Prius but we may NEVER buy one again and certainly not from you because it has the most extensive and expensive maintenance requirements I have ever seen in an automobile and we have brought alot of new cars in our lifetimes. I plan to search for and find a company or mechanic that services the Prius at a reasonable price. More
