I would imagine this happens at all dealers. Robert was not pushy or anything. He laid out what was available and we mostly declined everything. Overall, a good experience. More

Got there and the car we talked about was sitting in the front of the dealership ready to test drive. Quick easy purchase Loved the vehicle, the process was easy. However I was misinformed on one point - the 2019 Highlander is not compatible with Apple CarPlay, the 2020 i Loved the vehicle, the process was easy.
