My initial contact with Newburgh Toyota was through a dealer quote request on Toyota's website regarding purchasing a 2011 Prius. I had done some research on the Prius, but wanted to test drive one befor dealer quote request on Toyota's website regarding purchasing a 2011 Prius. The Prius has been in short supply due to the Tsunami, and I was surprised to hear back from Newburgh Toyota that they had one Prius "in port" and that they would call me to set up a road test. The car was ready to be tested as agreed, and the sales presentation from Adam Kane was low key and professional. I received exactly what I expected for my trade in, and the financing was done quickly. The car was delivered as agreed, and I was introduced to the service dept. This is the second car I have purchased from Newburgh Toyota, and the sales process both times was low pressure and fair. More

I had the best car-buying experience at Newburgh Toyota Scion. I had started the search for my 2011 Prius with another dealer in Westchester and left feeling bullied. Everyone in the place was smiling and interacting, working together and doing a great job. I felt like I could relax - like I didn't have to have my guard up. That was the best part - no stereotypical dealership "games". I had a great time throughout the whole experience. And I got a better deal on the car to boot!! In Westchester they were adding $1000 to the MSRP because they said it's worth more - but Newburgh doesn't do that - because it's not right and they know that! I have never had such a great experience with any other dealership - ever! For all the people shopping for Toyotas and Scions in Westchester county, I say take the extra drive (beautiful drive!) up to Newburgh Toyota Scion. It will be well worth it! More
